Your written registration is legally binding. You will receive a confirmation from us. By submitting your registration, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
The costs for the training/workshops can be found in the seminar information. The prices are per participant and include the coaching fee, documentation/handouts, and drinks and fruit during the event you are attending. The invoice will be sent to you after the event, and is payable within 14 days of receipt. A discount or reduction of the costs due to late entry or early withdrawal of the event is not possible. You are responsible for the organization and cost of accommodation and meals.
An annual contractual obligation is agreed for the continuous TA training groups. The annual amount will be invoiced proportionally, subsequent to the modules.
By the participant: Individual events can be cancelled free of charge up to four weeks before the training commences. Thereafter, the full fee will be charged if no suitable substitute participant is available.
Events within the framework of continuous training cannot be cancelled. Inability to participate in a module does not relieve you of your payment obligation from the commenced annual contract.
Cancellation by Kabisch & Kabisch GmbH: In the event of a training/workshop being cancelled at short-notice due to illness of the seminar leader or other unforeseeable events, a replacement date for the training/workshop will be offered. If you are unable to make the new date, no cancellation fees will be charged and you can cancel your registration without charge.
In addition, each participant bears responsibility for themselves and their actions inside and outside the seminar itself.
